I did my due diligence on landscape contractors for a decent-sized residential project. Got several quotes, met with several companies, etc. I knew I wanted to work with Living Concepts after meeting them, before I even received the quote, which ended up being very reasonable.
Michael ensured all of my requests and expectations were met or exceeded. Throughout the project, a few of my miscommunications resulted in more work for them, and they never balked or complained. Level of workmanship was extremely high, exhibited from ALL members of their crews.

Living Concepts is the best landscaping company in the Eugene/Springfield area. I say this with extreme confidence. I manage a hotel in town, and I’ve used a lot of the companies in town, and been let down, underbid, overbid, and bamboozled. Michael has taken the utmost care of us the entire time I’ve worked with him. Our property looks the best it has in years. Recently, I expressed to Michael that we needed flowers. I had a lot on my plate and he took on the project, and then some. I just mentioned U of O colors to get the job done, and he went above and beyond and designed this beautiful bed. They did such a wonderful job and I went from dreading the project to being so excited about it. I walk around it at least 3 times a day because I am so excited about how it turned out. Michael, you’re the best!

He sent Chris R. to come out for irrigation after we had a sprinkler zone that wouldn’t shut off. They squeezed us into their super busy schedule, which I am very thankful for! He kept me updated the entire time with what he was doing and ultimately had to change out the valve. He made sure everything was working after he was done.
